333 Central is located within walking distance to the Westfield train station and its robust downtown area. The building offers 70 luxury units with 108 indoor parking spaces and a variety of amenities for tenants such as private and communal terraces, workout facilities, a private yoga room, and an expansive lounge area. There are multiple floor plans available for one and two two-bedroom unit types, equipped with European style cabinetry, hardwood plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer and additional storage lockers available on-site. This project is one of the first projects of its size to be brought to the market in Westfield in nearly two decades and will be a leader in its class for the surrounding area.

Rivet I is part of the New Jersey City University 22-acre West Campus Master Plan, Claremont developed Rivet with an emphasis on open space and street accessibility. This project is critical to the University realizing its goal of creating a “college town” environment in an urban setting. Rivet I features 163 luxury apartments, 177-space parking garage, 15,000 square foot outdoor amenity terrace, indoor amenities include full gym, residence lounge, and concierge service. There are 10,100 square feet of retail space located on West Side Avenue.

320 Valley Street, located in South Orange New Jersey, is a boutique apartment building located right outside of the downtown business district. This building offers 22 luxury apartment units and 2,400 square feet of retail space. 320 Valley features 10’ high ceilings, oversized windows, on-site parking and an amenity deck of 3,400 square feet. The building is a five-minute walk from downtown South Orange and the South Orange NJ Transit station which provides direct access to New York City. 320 Valley Street opened in December 2018.

Miller Street is a 4-story, 85,000 square foot office building in Newark, NJ. Miller Street was a renovation of an existing vacant school building. The renovations to the interior of the building included new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, new flooring, painting, and interior partition walls. New construction included a 4-story elevator lobby with two elevators.

389 Main Street is located in the northern part of Hackensack, New Jersey, only a couple blocks away from the New Jersey Transit Anderson Street Station. Partnering with Hampshire Companies, the building will boast 82 luxury units as well as 3,500 square feet of double high retail space located along Main Street. The 5-story building will include a communal terrace, gym, residential/Cyber Longue, and on-site parking.

Soon to be home of Claremont Development, 32 Mt. Kemble Avenue in Morristown, New Jersey, will have approximately 7,000 square feet of office space and 30 on-site parking spaces. In addition, the building will offer two luxury 1-bedroom duplex apartment units with private entrance, one and a half bath, electric fireplace and private roof deck.

Located one block from the Park Ridge New Jersey Transit stop, this 5-story, 240 luxury mixed-use building will be best in class. This commuter friendly building will offer 17,000 square feet of retail space and a parking garage with over 400 stalls to service the residential and retail customers. The project will feature indoor/outdoor amenity space, including a swimming pool, sun deck, sophisticated longue, private work spaces and a well-appointed lobby. The location of the building is within walking distance to the many restaurants and shops park ridge has to offer. The building is expected to be delivered in Q2 2020.

Englewood Circle will be home to 220 luxury units and a 264-space parking garage in downtown Englewood, New Jersey. Located minutes from Englewood’s “Main Street”, Palisade Avenue, residents will be able to walk a variety of dining, national retailers as well as local high-end boutiques. Residents will also have access to indoor and outdoor amenities which include a concierge service, pool, gym, yoga room, co working space, barbeque area, and outdoor screening area.

Rivet II is Claremont’s second apartment building part of the New Jersey City University 22-acre West Campus Master Plan. Rivet II features 199 luxury apartments, 155-space parking garage, large amenity courtyard, indoor amenities include gym and yoga room, cyber longue, club room, tenant storage units and concierge service. There is approximately 10,000 sf of retail space.

762 Montgomery Street will be home to approximately 300 students from St Peters University. The typical unit will contain four beds in two bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The six-story building will feature over 8,000 square feet of amenity space which will offer study rooms, multi-purpose and game room. Each floor will offer laundry room with a mail room and management office on the ground floor.

NJCU Phase 4 will be the cornerstone of the New Jersey City University West Campus Master Plan. Phase 4 will be home to a state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center and Center for Music, Dance and Theatre. In addition, there will be 343 luxury apartments, 369-space parking deck and 12,000 square feet which will be home to three restaurants. Once complete, NJCU’s West Campus will be a destination that will attract people throughout Jersey City for not only a place to call home but for pleasure & entertainment.

The District at 1515 will be multi-phase mixed use project in Parsippany, NJ. Located along 1,000 feet of route 10, The District at 1515 will act as a town center with over 100,000 square feet of retail and over 450 luxury apartment units. Only a one mile drive from I-287 and a 4 mile drive to I-80, 1515 in a prime location for not only those who will live there but for local residents looking for a place to shop or eat.

Built with the existing façade and bell tower of the St Lucy’s church in Jersey City. St Lucy’s will feature 444 luxury apartment units, 333-space parking garage, 5,500 square feet retail, and over 7,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. St Lucy's is a short walk to the Hoboken Terminal and Newport Station.

245 Mountain Ave in Middlesex, New Jersey is a 21.34-acre site located at the corner of Mountain Avenue and Lincoln Boulevard. The building will feature 63’ clear height, 39 loading docks, 145 spaces for trailer parking and 246 spaces for car parking. Located in the 287/exit 10 submarkets, the site is a 2-mile drive to Interstate 287, 7-miles to Interstate-78, 10-miles to the New Jersey Turnpike, 28-miles to the Port of Newark, and 35-miles to Manhattan.

Located minutes from the Morristown Green, in Morristown, New Jersey, Schuyler Lofts will offer 28 luxury units. Units will boast 10’ ceilings, best in class appliances and private terraces, all within a minute walk of Downtown Morristown. The building will also feature common rooftop terrace for all residents to use. This will contain both indoor and outdoor space that can be used throughout the year.

South Orange Ave will offer 23,140 square feet of office space. The three-story building will be home to a federally qualified health care service which will include a pharmacy and rehabilitation programs.
